What is Biz Talk Zone?
Welcome to the "Biz Talk Zone" - an exclusive meeting area at APIC 2024 where participants can exchange ideas and explore new opportunities. Participants can request personal meetings with others through the ‘Participants Hub’ at the APIC 2024 website. Once meetings are confirmed, the allocated table will be provided onsite. Please refer to the 'How to use Biz Talk Zone' section below for more details on scheduling and conducting meetings. Let's make the most of this networking opportunity!
How to use Biz Talk Zone?

Please check(V) to ‘Biz Talk Zone Registration (Optional)’ when you ‘Sign up’
*You can change your agreement status at any time
on your ‘My Page’.
Complete the ‘Registration’ and
click the ‘Go to Participants Hub’ below
Request meetings in the ‘Participants Hub’
Meeting status(Accept/Reject) and
details info can be checked on your ‘My Page’
Only registered participants will be able to access the ‘Participants Hub’.
Only participants who checked 'Biz Talk Zone Registration(Optional)’ at ‘Step 1’ are shown in the'Participants Hub'.

For confirmed meetings, onsite tables are automatically allocated.
The meeting space is provided at tables no.1-9 in the Grand Ballroom 1 on the 5th floor.
