Once you have completed the registration, APIC 2024 secretariat will provide a letter of invitation to participants who need the documents.

Participants in need of a letter of invitation are requested to fill in the following information and send it to the secretariat.(apic2024korea@gmail.com)

- Participant’s Full Name
- Institution/Organization
- Address of Institution/Organization
- Designation/Position
- A copy of the participant’s passport

Once you have completed the registration, APIC 2024 secretariat will provide the letter of guarantee to participants who need the documents.

Participants in need of a letter of guarantee for Visa insurance, please refer to the following information and send the documents to the secretariat.(apic2024korea@gmail.com)

The submission of all requested documents is mandatory, and issuance of a letter of guarantee may be denied upon document review.
